Seriously…this looks like fun. =D
Although I can hear the Kung Fu Panda, Dragon Ball and Street Fighter jokes rolling in now. Especially with the new Monk class's “Spinning Crane Kick”. My, what thinly veiled Chun Li references you have there! 
HOWEVER, I seriously hope they fix the Hunter glitches and outdated mechanics this time (*cough* Counterattack *cough*).
If a Tauren Hunter and a Tauren Druid marry and have children, you will end up with BraveStarr and Thirty-Thirty.

I agree, it looks Fun with a capital F. Not really seeing in my head how it fits with the existing world lore, but I'll give them benefit of doubt and wait to make a judgement on that. I've long wished for a “monk” type class, so I think that will be exciting to try and I'm a sucker for new content, so a whole new continent to explore is right down my alley.
Pandaren cannot be warlocks, paladins, death knights, or druids, which leaves the obvious choice as Hunter! No, seriously, I'll be trying the Monk class and will enjoy the beta. Yes, I've already scooped up the glitter Blizz is throwing at us and signed up for the Annual Sub. >.<
Who else will be playing D3 with me? While I continue with WoW, and with SWTOR. Oh dear, I'm gonna need some extra free time for 2012!

They DID fix the Hunter talents!
I'm excited too about having a Brewmaster Monk. I wonder what kind of tanking a Brewmaster does. And a friend of mine wants to roll a Tauren DPS Monk. Who wouldn't fear someone with LARGE HAM FISTS OF DOOM? >
