I've started to work on some achievements, and just recently finished Flying High Over Skettis, I had done a few of the Shattered Sun Offensive along the way so decided to do them next. Anyone that's done their quests knows that The Missing Magistrix sends you to Throne of Kil'jaeden in Hellfire Peninsula, and probably know that is also the place that Doom Lord Kazzak spawns. I decided to have a look, and there he was.
Being hunters you all know we're not afraid of anything, and often test wills with those considered above us, even bosses. Given that, I just couldn't resist the attempt. When I finally decided I was gonna try, like there was ever any real doubt, I backed off, dismissed Löquenähäk, and called BloodBurner (Terropene). Then proceeded to totally noob the start of the fight, actually thought I'd lose it. He pretty much fills up the platform he's on, and I decided my best approach was to land on the ramp and avoid his adds, my mistake was getting close enough to aggro him as soon as I landed. Of course he closed the distance, and put me in melee with him, Terropene grabbed aggro, but I had to back down the ramp to fire, and aggro'd the adds. I could hit him fine with my ranged attacks and kill command, but when I tried to cast BW or mend pet, I got the LOS error. Which forced me to run up the ramp to cast either of those then back up to fire. Wasn't really that bad, but made it take a little longer than it should've. Terropene got down to 50% at one time, but I was able to get him back close to 100%, and even though the adds didn't hurt too bad, I was at 60% when the fight was over.
Its a lot of fun, and well worth the effort, he dropped 522 gold, Leggings of the Seventh Circle and Exodar Life-Staff.

That's awesome Crim. 
I was thinking it would be fun to go back and solo some of those BC bosses. I want to go mug Doomwalker and take the gun from him that I never managed to get in BC.

Not sure if it's the best way, but I used to farm the Skettis guys just outside the entrance to Shattrath, then turn in stacks of feathers for rep.

I really want to go back and grind the Skettis but I'm too lazy to work my way back to Shatt. Guess I should do it, I still need to complete some of the fishing and cooking dailies for the achievements.
Oh – that being said, does anyone know if the fishing tournaments are still packed with people? I haven't checked since Cata launched.

Heroic mode Shadow Labyrinth, Sethekk Halls and Auchenai Crypts was how I did it. I did it at 
, so if your 85 it should be a breeze to solo those instances.

Ozolin, when I was doing outland to lvl I did as Gar said and turned in feathers to get to honored. I'd run the dungeons in normal now to revered, you can run the a lot faster than heroic, then switch to heroic Auchenai Crypts and Sethekk Halls. Shadow Labyrinth will still give you 2000 rep at revered. I've been running Magister's Terrace on normal, but I'm going to switch to heroic on it, when normal stops giving rep.

Some more bad ideas 
I have been runnning
Heroic Sethekk Halls for the Raven mount (you dont need a druid anymore!)
Heroic Magister's Terrace for Shattered sun rep, (Already got the phoenix companion & Mount from him )
Heroic Utgarde Pinnacle For the Blue Proto Drake Mount ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v…..z_FxJUnmqA)
the videos funny when he actually gets the mount at the end!
Even without camoflauge you can run around most trash and even a few bosses to make these quick runs. I am still getting the hand of the Skadi fight so its not necesarily a fast one – but I can do it. Folks with higher dps should be able to handle the constantly spawning adds a bit better than me. Perhaps easier as SV with a turtle.
Edit : while you are in the forest you may want to try for the epic “Mr. Pinchy” companion.

I only wish this was true! I have a feeling I'll be finding plenty of trouble to get into over the next week. I'll probably play a lot more WoW than I'm used to and find all kinds of inventive ways to cause havoc 
Outland wont know what hit it when I”m through with it.
